Welcome to the Leydon-Smith School of Theatre Dance website. I hope you find our website helpful and informative - hopefully it will inspire you to find out more about the classes we offer.  Our friendly dancing school was established in 1980 by myself - Katherine Leydon-Smith, FIDTA (Principal).  

The Leydon-Smith School of Theatre Dance follows the IDTA syllabus and offers a range of exciting and enjoyable classes to anyone from age of 3 years to adult. Classes are held at Pontefract Squash and Leisure Club and include Ballet, Tap, Modern Jazz, Musical Theatre, Street/Contemporary.
